Dr. Martha Ward Plowden Book Scholarship (Fund)

This scholarship was established in 2005 by Martha Ward Plowden, Ph.D., Clark – BS, 1969; Atlanta University – M.S.L,S., 1975 and EdS. – 1977; Georgia State University, L-6 Admin., 1980; and Walden University Ph.D. – 2003.

In establishing this book scholarship Dr. Plowden said, “In order for many students to complete their college degree they have to work and go to school. Hopefully these (6) book scholarships will assist student’s with their financial responsibilities.”
