Edgar H. Webster Memorial Scholarship

A memorial scholarship established to honor professor Webster, who in 1882 came to Atlanta University as a principal of the Normal Department and later became professor of Physical Sciences until 1926, when he retired. Although his ancestors were European, he was adamant that no matter what the country of your ancestors, we were all Americans.
