• Student must be a full-time Clark Atlanta University student in good standing and must attend the University each semester of the academic award year
• Student must have completed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA

Must have exhausted ALL financial aid options, including the Stafford Loan and Plus Loan and apply for university payment plan
