Williams-Franklin Foundation Scholarship

Founded in 2014, the Williams-Franklin Foundation is dedicated to addressing the financial challenges that often hinder Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students from achieving their academic and professional goals. Our mission is to provide scholarships, mentoring, and networking opportunities to talented students with financial need—empowering them to excel as leaders, innovators, and change-makers in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a WFF Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited HBCU for undergraduate studies
  • Completed at least 24 academic credit hours by the end of the spring semester
  • Obtained a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or above
  • Be a U.S. resident at the time of application submission
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Will still be classified as an undergraduate student for the 2026-2027 school year.

The application closes on April 15th
