Coca Cola First Generation Scholarship Program - Cohort 3
The Coca-Cola First Generation Scholarship Program (Cohort 3) is designed to assist First Generation students (Neither parent completed College) by providing renewable Tuition scholarship funds over the next four years and programming opportunities that will assist them with receiving an Undergraduate Degree from Clark Atlanta University.
Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Incoming Freshman without Dual Degree Credits – Class of 2026
- Minimum High School Unweighted GPA – 3.0
- Financial need – as determined by the 2026-27 FAFSA
- Current Resume
- Essay, maximum 250 words answering the following prompt: *Why did you choose Clark Atlanta University? How do plan to use your time as a Clark Atlanta student? What are your plans after you receive your degree? How do you relate to the Coca-Cola’s mission statement: “To refresh the world in mind, body, and spirit, to inspire moments of optimism and happiness through our brands and actions, and to create value and make a difference” *
All chosen scholars must confirm their willingness to participate in program activities, meetings and events over the next 4 years
Selected Scholars must maintain the following criteria to renew the award:
- Complete a minimum of 30 CAU credits each academic year
- Maintain an overall minimum 3.0 GPA at the end of each academic year until graduation
