Having Trouble Accessing Your Account?

You must have a Clark Atlanta University assigned domain account in order to login to the scholarship portal.

You must also meet *ALL of the following conditions before you are able to login:*

For Undergraduate applicants:

a. Have you been accepted to Clark Atlanta University?
b. Have you paid your confirmation fee?
c. Have you waited at least five business days from the date you paid your confirmation fee?
d. Have you set up your Clark Atlanta University assigned computer accounts as your acceptance checklist instructed?
e. Are you registered for the current semester?

Graduate applicants must have a domain account and satisfy conditions A, C, D and E.

If you answered YES to ALL the above questions, then you may have a technical issue that we can help resolve.

If you have not yet paid your confirmation fee, then please login to CAU’s Banner Web using your 900 number and 6-digit PIN and do so.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, enter your email address below and click Recover Password. You will receive an email instructing you on how to set a new password.

I cannot remember my password: If you have forgotten your password, enter your email below and click Recover Password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to recover your password. Please note that the password link will expire after 6 hours.

I never received an email confirming my account: If you are an Applicant or Administrator and you did not receive your account confirmation email, enter your email address below and click Resend Confirmation. An email containing confirmation instructions will be sent to you.
